You'll serve as the Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment within a federal healthcare ecosystem, driving digital transformation to make healthcare more accessible. Your core impact will be defining the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. This role stands out for its direct influence on government health programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE capabilities.
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Translate complex healthcare policy requirements into actionable features.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership roles.
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
