💼 About This Role

You'll support Chime's Finance Business Partnerships team in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Your core impact will be driving payroll and workforce planning end-to-end while leading AI and automation adoption across Finance. This role offers a chance to transform Finance into a more strategic, insight-driven function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own payroll and workforce planning end-to-end
• Build and maintain financial models for headcount planning
• Improve forecasting accuracy through enhanced reporting
• Lead AI and automation initiatives within Finance
• Drive strategic cross-functional projects from concept to execution

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Finance/FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or Big 4 experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience building financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven solutions within finance
• Advanced Excel and G-Suite skills; experience with Pigment, NetSuite, Looker, Workday, Snowflake, or Python
