🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to meet operational goals
• Monitor workflows, productivity, and quality to ensure efficient order processing
• Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal work regulations

📋 Requirements

• Degree in logistics or similar with focus on warehouse/shipping/supply chain
• Several years of leadership experience with at least 40 employees in logistics companies
• Negotiation-level German or English skills
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system Monday to Saturday
