You'll provide complex home care to adult and pediatric clients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in Burlington County, NJ. As part of the Float/Transition Team, you'll deliver quality care and help educate the ongoing care team. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver complex home care to adult and pediatric clients
• Transition clients to ongoing care teams
• Educate and prepare the BAYADA care team
• Maintain consistent schedule including one shift per week

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

• NICU, PICU, or ICU experience
• Home care trach/vent experience
