Description

You will lead the platform data team to build a robust, scalable, and resilient data platform, collaborating with solution teams and product managers. You'll drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and continuously improve operations, while being hands-on with code and participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong leadership acumen and engineering excellence mindset
• Deep data engineering experience in complex distributed systems
• Expertise in ETL, data movement with medallion architecture
• Proficient in Databricks, SQL, Python, PowerShell, C#/.NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Data Lake/Lakehouse, Qlik, Zoho Analytics, Azure PaaS
• Experience with Izenda, SSRS, AWS Data Services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Data team to build scalable data platform
• Collaborate with solution teams and product managers on cloud-based data solutions
• Make decisions on solution design, architecture, and delivery
• Mentor and coach team members to grow their skills
• Participate in on-call rotation (you-build-it-you-run-it)
