💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve the security infrastructure that underpins our foundation models, partnering with research and product teams. You'll shape controls, architecture, and tooling so that security is part of the platform by default. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact AI infrastructure at a lab founded by industry pioneers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect security patterns for Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Manage identity, access, and secrets for humans and services.
• Build secure platforms for data ingestion, processing, and curation.
• Write threat models and review designs with researchers.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background with Kubernetes security (namespaces, network policies, etc.)
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and zero-trust architectures
• Proficiency with Rust and Python for platform components

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ML infrastructure and GPU clusters
• Background in AI labs or HPC environments
• Open-source contributions to security or orchestration tooling
