You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to drive deal strategy and lead white-glove onboarding. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you'll design workflows, deliver demos, own RFPs, and advocate for client needs across Product and Engineering teams. This role directly shapes customer success and product improvement in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in SaaS enterprise technical pre-sales or solutions consulting
  • Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills
  • Strong technical acumen with APIs, web, iOS, Android, and system integration
  • Thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to shape deal and account strategy
  • Lead white-glove onboarding with a solutions-first mindset
  • Act as technical DRI throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
  • Own technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals
  • Deliver customized product demos across web, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms
