You'll build and operate the allocations engine that deploys 200+ coaches against variable demand, ensuring the supply model scales to $1bn+ in bookings. You'll lead ops analytics as the central intelligence layer across the full operations machine. This role offers the chance to design a fully automated WFM system from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define, build, and operate the system that translates demand into coach deployment.
  • Design a matching engine: routine allocations automated, complex ones escalated to delivery.
  • Coordinate dedicated analytical resources as the shared data backbone across ops.
  • Ingest demand plans, translate into supply plans, and produce resource-required projections.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in workforce planning or related field with skilled, non-interchangeable workforce.
  • Proven experience systematizing a manual operational function (not just automating).
  • Ability to consume and challenge analytical outputs and translate into decisions.
  • Experience as named counterpart between planning and execution functions.

  • Experience building a workforce planning function from early-stage to systematized.
  • Background managing contractor flex capacity.
