💼 About This Role

You'll own Finance-focused data products end-to-end at MongoDB, partnering with stakeholders to set priorities and drive delivery. Your work on pipelines, datasets, and dashboards directly enables smarter planning and forecasting at scale. This role sits on the Internal Data team, which treats data as a product and powers decisions across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Finance-focused data products end-to-end
• Build and maintain pipelines, datasets, dashboards, and APIs
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs
• Define success metrics and track adoption and business value

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience with data products
• Direct experience partnering with Finance stakeholders on planning or forecasting
• Familiarity with modern data platforms like lakehouse or medallion architecture
• Experience with sensitive financial data including SOX-related processes

• Hands-on experience with BI, analytics, or data engineering tools
• Experience creating documentation or enablement content
• Interest in metadata, data governance, or data discoverability
