You'll own the financial strategy for Sprout Social's go-to-market organization. Your insights will guide executive decision-making and sustainable growth, with direct exposure to the company's senior leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial strategy for GTM organization including Sales and Customer Success
• Lead top-line forecasting for ARR, revenue, and RPO
• Drive annual and long-range planning with Finance leadership
• Oversee GTM spend including commissions modeling and ROI analysis

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of FP&A experience with GTM focus in SaaS
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record of owning top-line forecasting for ARR and revenue
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence strategy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with public company external reporting
• Familiarity with FP&A tools like Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive
• Background in high-growth SaaS companies
