• Source and recruit clinicians across Northern California
• Manage full recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing
• Build relationships with passive candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs

📋 Requirements

• In-house recruitment experience with a history of filling challenging roles
• Full-cycle recruiting experience across sourcing, screening, and offers
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative outreach
• Data-friendly mindset with experience using dashboards and metrics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting clinical roles (RN, PT, OT, etc.)
• Track record in high-volume hiring across multiple regions
