💼 About This Role

You'll design and ship AI-enabled workflows connecting Salesforce, Slack, and data stack to reduce manual work and improve decision-making for sales teams at Figma. As the founding engineer, you'll move fast from prototype to production and create reusable patterns for the broader GTM organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered workflows for sales reps and managers
• Integrate across GTM stack using APIs and automation platforms
• Apply LLMs pragmatically with quality checks and monitoring
• Define success metrics and iterate based on usage

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping production-grade automations across GTM systems like Salesforce
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Strong coding ability plus comfort with SQL and operational data
• Strong product and stakeholder instincts to translate ambiguous needs

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with agentic patterns and monitoring AI workflows
• Experience building internal Slack tooling or CRM-embedded experiences
• Salesforce development depth or strong CRM engineering experience
