Description

You will handle guest communications and reservations for all Numa properties, resolve phone inquiries, manage requests, and collaborate with departments on complaint management, overbooking, and relocation. This remote night shift role requires flexibility to work weekends and is open only to candidates located in Portugal.

Requirements

• Secondary or professional studies in Business or Hospitality
• Previous customer support experience in fast-paced or hospitality environment
• Empathetic problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluent German and English
