You'll own UX strategy and execution for data-intensive SaaS workflows across Merch Tech platforms like BEx and Merchant Station. You'll transform complex operational data into intuitive, role-based experiences that power high-stakes merchandising decisions. This role offers deep influence across product direction through data-driven design in a fast-growing ecommerce company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable, role-based SaaS workflows for merchandising and brand decisions
• Translate multi-source enterprise data into clear, actionable UX actions
• Drive experimentation using behavioral analytics and A/B testing
• Establish and evolve a scalable design system in Figma

📋 Requirements

• 8–14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
• Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems
• Experience building or scaling enterprise dashboards or analytics platforms
• Deep expertise in end-to-end workflow systems with state-based UX

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation surfaces
