Description

You will assist the Practice Manager in overseeing daily operations of an outpatient surgical center, ensuring a high-quality patient experience and efficient business activities. This role is developmental, with the goal of becoming a fully qualified Practice Manager. You'll build team culture, drive performance metrics, and partner with the Practice Manager on initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in a medical office or surgical center setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Ability to manage scheduling and staffing levels

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities in an accredited outpatient surgical facility
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and AAAHC guidelines
• Engage patients to ensure quality interactions and resolve issues
• Manage team member scheduling and coverage across front desk and clinical roles
• Handle employee relations, customer service, and financial issues in real-time
