๐ผ About This Role
You'll own retention strategy across the customer lifecycle for Polymarket's US App and website, building campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS. Your work will drive conversion, engagement, and reactivation in a fast-moving product at the intersection of media and finance. You'll run rapid experiments and develop micro-segmentation strategies to ensure relevance during live markets and breaking news.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end retention strategy across customer lifecycle
- Build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns
- Design programs for engagement, cross-sell, churn mitigation, and reactivation
- Develop micro-segmentation strategies for targeted messaging
- Define and track core retention metrics and report weekly
๐ Requirements
- 3โ6+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with common CRM platforms for customer journeys
- Experience owning retention across web and mobile
- Strong analytical skills with cohorts, funnels, and experimentation

- Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and orchestration
