💼 About This Role

You'll shape outstanding user experiences for Marvel Strike Force, a squad-based Hero Collector RPG. You will take ownership of complex design challenges and influence product strategy. This role combines hands-on design with leadership and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design process for major features from research to high-fidelity design
• Contribute complete design solutions as an individual contributor
• Define and advocate for UX strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, both in-house and external

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX design with a portfolio of complex solutions
• Proven track record of leading a UX team with positive outcomes
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools and techniques
• Experience designing for mobile platforms
