You will lead a field sales organization focused on SMB merchants, building a local sales presence and driving revenue through team execution, coaching, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales success, preferably in high-growth company
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing field account executives preferred
  • Experience in high-volume SaaS or financial services sales
  • Proven track record of building a winning, metrics-driven sales culture
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of ~8 Territory Account Executives to achieve quota and KPIs
  • Develop and execute business plans to capture market share in assigned cities
  • Coach, motivate, and build a high-performance sales culture
  • Analyze KPIs and market data to inform strategy and decisions
  • Travel 50%+ to co-sell with the team and engage local partners
