Requirements
- 8+ years of sales success, preferably in high-growth company
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing field account executives preferred
- Experience in high-volume SaaS or financial services sales
- Proven track record of building a winning, metrics-driven sales culture
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ~8 Territory Account Executives to achieve quota and KPIs
- Develop and execute business plans to capture market share in assigned cities
- Coach, motivate, and build a high-performance sales culture
- Analyze KPIs and market data to inform strategy and decisions
- Travel 50%+ to co-sell with the team and engage local partners
