You'll serve as the Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, defining the product roadmap and managing the backlog. Your core impact will be transforming complex healthcare policy requirements into actionable features that improve consumer access to healthcare. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Serve as liaison between development teams and business/program teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs.
• Experience on digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs in eligibility or enrollment.

• Familiarity with APIs, data exchange standards, and system integrations.
• Experience with Agile product backlogs and iterative delivery.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
