🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate and guide US public policy and government relations strategy
• Identify and prioritize legislative and regulatory developments affecting Block's ecosystem
• Translate Block's purpose into narratives for legislators and regulators
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior policymakers and regulatory agencies

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years public policy experience
• 10+ years managing teams of policy professionals
• Background in advocacy and public policy development for financial services
• Experience in the US government or financial services/technology sectors
