Description

As a Social Media Intern, you'll support the creation and analysis of engaging content across ALO's social platforms, contributing to real campaigns, influencer collaborations, and daily operations. You'll monitor trends, assist with influencer outreach, track performance metrics, and help with community management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Basic experience with content creation: video editing, caption writing, or graphic design
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of short-form video trends and editing styles

Responsibilities

• Support content creation including captions, short-form video concepts, and community-focused posts
• Monitor social media trends and viral formats on TikTok
• Assist with influencer and creator outreach
• Track and report social performance metrics: engagement, reach, follower growth
• Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and competitive research
