💼 About This Role

You'll be the operating backbone of a high-visibility program expanding our AI platform into new product experiences. You'll build structure, rhythms, and visibility mechanisms so multiple product teams execute with clarity. This is a program architecture role, not delivery coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end release coordination for North
• Drive cherry pick and hotfix approval workflows
• Author and manage customer-facing release communications
• Map cross-team dependencies and risks across release pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager
• Demonstrated experience running multiple simultaneous workstreams
• Strong executive communication skills
• Fluency with AI/ML product development

• Prior work inside an AI or LLM product company
