Description

You will own the design-to-launch process for Starlink products, working with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, establish production lines, and drive product launches. You'll serve as a key technical and business point of contact, translating strategies into deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 2+ years experience leading engineering projects (internship/extracurricular applicable)
• Preferred: 2+ years industry experience managing product technical requirements, mechanical/electrical design, or project management
• Must be able to travel and work extended hours/weekends as needed (up to 10%)
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR regulations

Responsibilities

• Own product from design to launch: define roadmap, ensure manufacturability, coordinate product mapping, and drive launch to international markets
• Serve as key technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to meet production targets and ensure successful product launch
• Translate new product strategies into business requirements and technical deliverables for new product introduction
• Identify improvement opportunities through market research, data analysis, and beta testing campaigns
• Support engineering failure analysis and root cause investigation during initial rollout and early production
