Requirements

• Seasoned finance transformation leader in financial services
• Experience with financial planning, profitability analytics, and operating model redesign
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable financial and operating models

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives including stress testing, long-range planning, annual budgeting, and scenario modeling
• Develop product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis with margin and capital considerations
• Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services cost allocation
• Support executive decision-making with insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards
