Description

You will drive new business by cold calling and canvassing, targeting multi-family customers to generate $1M in sales. You'll manage customer relationships, prepare estimates, and ensure project profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical field
• High school diploma or GED with vocational training in construction or plumbing
• Proven ability to meet sales goals/quotas
• Above average driving record and clean background
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Generate $1M in sales by securing 1 new multi-family customer per week
• Visit customers daily, spending 50% of time in the field canvassing
• Ensure all customers are aware of all JOSKO service lines (LOBs)
• Complete and follow up on quotes to obtain timely approvals
• Support AR collection efforts for past due accounts
