💼 About This Role

You'll design and automate IT systems at WorkOS, powering enterprise authentication for AI companies. Your work will directly enable rapid scaling of human and agent identity infrastructure. You'll architect endpoint management workflows and build automation that eliminates manual toil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own identity infrastructure: Okta, Google Workspace, SaaS integrations.
• Architect automation for onboarding/offboarding, access controls, license governance.
• Manage macOS fleet: zero-touch provisioning, policy enforcement, MDM scripting.
• Serve as escalation point for complex tier 2/3 systems issues.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT systems or identity engineering with design and automation examples.
• Deep Okta expertise: Workflows, integrations, policy design, SCIM provisioning.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and REST APIs, webhooks.
• Hands-on Terraform experience for infrastructure as code.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM tools for IT automation.
• GitOps or declarative approaches to device and identity management.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP or AWS).
