💼 About This Role

You'll lead the accounting function at Ethena, an AI compliance training platform. You'll own the end-to-end monthly close, manage audits, and implement scalable processes. This high-autonomy role offers the chance to leverage AI and automation to build financial infrastructure from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Monitor and implement new accounting standards (US GAAP)
• Evaluate, select, and deploy financial systems
• Manage order to cash process and revenue recognition

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA license (preferred but not required)
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a high-tech startup
• Experience with SaaS revenue recognition and non-GAAP metrics

• Experience with QuickBooks Online or ERP implementations
• Knowledge of AI/automation tools for finance processes
