You'll lead a high-performing engineering team building mission-critical systems for AI Studio, Le Chat, and Mistral Vibe. You will drive technical strategy, own delivery, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with code. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, infrastructure, and people, shaping how we turn AI research into production-grade systems used by millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as clear point of contact, removing obstacles and unblocking execution.
• Own delivery of team roadmap with high quality, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to define roadmap, scope initiatives, and estimate effort.
• Stay deeply involved in architecture, coding, peer reviews, and technical decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Golang.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

• Experience with Platform & DX products (API, SDK, Tooling, Observability, Billing).
• Experience with AI/ML/MLOps engineering.
