Description

You'll lead the store in achieving store objectives, hitting sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You'll be at the forefront of bringing the fandom to life, handling anything that comes your way while providing the best customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
  • Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing retail industry
  • Open-minded and inquisitive regarding pop culture fandoms and music trends
  • Able to navigate store, merchandise product with approved equipment, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Ensure store achieves sales plan and comp sales goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
  • Create buzz and customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling
  • Lead operationally sound business with organizational structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors
  • Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback
  • Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy
  • Adapt to new technologies, communicate company policies, and control supply spending
  • Merchandise store compellingly using planograms and launch promos on time
  • Build bench of talented staff through mentorship, recognition, and feedback
