💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate a telepsychiatry hub enabling real-time consultations for rural hospitals and clinics. You'll oversee technology deployment, partner coordination, and phased rollout to integrate the hub into crisis systems and primary care workflows. This role drives health transformation in Kentucky's rural communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide design and deployment of the statewide Telebehavioral Health Hub
• Oversee platform build, testing, and integration with EHRs and KHIE
• Coordinate phased rollout and onboarding of pilot sites
• Develop workflows for crisis system integration with 911/988 dispatch

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years coordinating healthcare technology or telehealth projects
• Knowledge of telehealth systems and best practices
• Ability to manage technology deployment and troubleshoot issues

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data-driven program evaluation
• Understanding of Kentucky’s behavioral health system
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in telehealth settings
