You'll own the local marketing strategy for Mali, driving sustainable growth as we scale. You'll serve as strategic marketing partner to the General Manager and lead full-funnel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Social Media. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the local marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets
• Lead marketing planning including budget and resource allocation
• Supervise full-funnel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Social Media
• Lead market intelligence efforts on consumer insights and brand health

📋 Requirements

• At least 12 years of marketing experience
• At least 5 years in leadership roles with team management
• Proven experience leading large-scale multi-channel marketing strategies
• Fluent in French and English
