Description

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at BeyondTrust, you'll partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for general administrative functions. You'll leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making, streamlining processes and providing actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience
• Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI) to enhance financial workflows
• Proficiency in financial planning systems, ERP systems, and strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for G&A functions (HR, IT, Legal, Accounting) providing financial insights
• Consolidate global personnel costs and develop headcount forecasts
• Prepare annual budgets, maintain financial forecasts, and perform variance analysis
• Support planning system maintenance and optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements in FP&A operations
