💼 About This Role

You'll implement full-stack features using React, NextJS, NestJS, and Postgres for a remote-first company. You'll collaborate with product and design to solve real customer problems and ship elegant solutions. This role offers the chance to work with a Talent-as-a-Service platform connecting LatAm talent to global companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement full-stack features from UI to API to database
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design
• Assess design tradeoffs and propose optimizations
• Write tested code, review peer code, and share context

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience building and maintaining web applications
• Proficiency with React, NextJS, and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js frameworks (preferably NestJS) and Postgres
• Solid understanding of REST APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Terraform and AWS
• Exposure to gRPC APIs
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
