• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
• Source top talent using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools
• Review and shortlist candidate profiles for fit and potential
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and new tools

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Ability to manage high-volume pipelines under pressure
