You'll partner with the CEO to drive cross-functional initiatives and translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes at an AI-powered geosciences startup. You'll own high-priority projects including Series B fundraising and go-to-market execution.

• Partner with CEO on company-level priorities
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution
• Support Series B fundraising and investor pipeline
• Manage business operations including HR, finance, and office setup

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years in a relevant role at a software company or top-tier consulting/finance
• Ability to work from Redwood City, CA 3 days/week
• Experience managing complex projects and driving organizational initiatives
