You'll build and run partner community programs and events across Europe for ClassPass, a leading fitness and wellness platform. Your work will strengthen partner engagement, improve marketplace health, and turn insights into action. This role sits at the intersection of community and partner marketing in a globally recognized brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and run partner community programs and events across Europe
• Identify and evaluate event opportunities for ClassPass activation
• Create structured partner feedback loops and translate insights into recommendations
• Develop partner advocacy through case studies and ambassador initiatives
• Support local partner marketing and social amplification

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or related roles
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience planning and executing events end-to-end, including logistics
• Experience building brand partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
