You'll ensure the stability, performance, and security of mission-critical SQL Server databases supporting enterprise systems. You'll manage high-availability infrastructure and disaster recovery planning. This is a remote-first role with a focus on operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and monitor SQL Server databases for high availability and performance.
• Optimize performance through index strategies and query tuning.
• Design backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and migrations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in production SQL Server.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server (2017, 2019, 2022) administration.
• Hands-on experience with Always-On Availability Groups, clustering, and replication.
• US Citizenship required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud database environments (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware, Postgres, or MySQL.
