💼 About This Role

You'll own Paddle's webinar and virtual event program to drive pipeline generation across the full funnel. You'll collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver conversion-focused digital experiences that consistently contribute to revenue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end webinar lifecycle from ideation to post-event conversion.
• Design webinars with clear conversion goals aligned to campaign priorities.
• Execute live and on-demand webinars ensuring seamless attendee experience.
• Optimize registration-to-attendance and attendance-to-opportunity rates.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in digital events or demand generation.
• Proven track record of executing full funnel webinars driving pipeline.
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Data-driven with ability to track and improve performance metrics.
