Description

You will design and scale the operating system behind our global go-to-market strategy, bridging GTM strategy, execution, and data to drive predictable growth across regions, products, and customer segments. This high-impact role aligns Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to enhance forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy at $100M+ ARR scale
  • Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle
  • Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC)
  • Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator

Responsibilities

  • Partner with execs to shape long-term planning, TAM/ICP, and customer journey strategy
  • Drive quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel
  • Govern end-to-end data, build actionable dashboards, and deliver strategic insights
  • Own and optimize GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) with AI and automation
  • Run a high-impact Deal Desk and support strategic pricing with operational rigor
