Description

You will act as the dedicated owner of Nu's Third-Party Provider process in Mexico, ensuring full regulatory compliance with CNBV requirements. You'll coordinate internal stakeholders, manage the lifecycle of critical 3PPs, and drive process governance to support efficient operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3PP governance or regulatory compliance within financial services.
• Knowledge of CNBV regulations and prior authorization processes for third-party providers.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with experience in file consistency checks.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute the end-to-end CNBV approval process for critical 3PPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce the cadence for 3PP reviews and monitoring, proactively engaging Contract Owners to address scope deviations.
• Facilitate the CNBV prior authorization process, guiding Contract Owners through documentation submission and consistency checks.
• Coordinate responses to CNBV inquiries by distributing requirements across relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of critical 3PPs, from classification and due diligence to offboarding, ensuring alignment with CNBV requirements.
