💼 About This Role

You'll join the Real Estate Practice Group at an AmLaw 100 firm, handling commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. You'll advise a wide variety of clients on single asset and portfolio transactions across the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to work on renewable energy deals and complex capital stack structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Manage borrower financing for commercial properties
• Conduct due diligence including title and survey review
• Advise clients on leasing and development projects

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience
• Admission to the TX State Bar or ability to waive
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower financing
• Experience with title and survey due diligence
