🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead evolution, documentation, and adoption of design system.
• Develop robust reusable components like Data Grids and Form builders.
• Facilitate engineering collaboration and design operations.
• Mentor designers and influence cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Product Design with 4+ years in design systems.
• Expert-level Figma skills, tokens, and component libraries.
• Experience with Figma MCP server and Figma Plugin API.
• Strong portfolio showing system-level thinking.
