Description

You will focus on full-cycle recruitment for maintenance tech and building engineering roles within the EST time zone, building talent pipelines and using various sourcing methods to attract top candidates. Your work directly supports hiring needs across Lincoln's commercial real estate divisions.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an in-house or agency Recruiter
• Experience recruiting Commercial Real Estate engineers
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
• Hands-on with selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks)
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, CMS, HRIS/HRMS

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates via ATS, social media, job boards (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed)
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews using various selection methods
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
• Provide recruiting reports to the Head of Talent
