You'll define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products within the Vertically Integrated product group, partnering with utilities and internal teams to build a smart, sustainable energy system. Your work will directly shape the AI-driven energy management platform that powers global energy innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products.
• Partner with utilities and internal teams to identify needs and prioritize solutions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product implications and client-facing narratives.
• Drive best-in-class user experience through close collaboration with engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Experience in the utility industry.
• Ability to translate between regulatory, technical, and business perspectives.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and data science.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cross-product compliance frameworks like SOX, SOC2, NIS, GDPR.
• Experience influencing without direct authority.
