You'll design and deliver enablement programs for Solution Engineering and Customer Success teams at Webflow, a leading AI-native digital experience platform. Your work will directly shape how these teams ramp, grow, and deliver value, driving stronger customer outcomes and retention. You'll be a visible presence during monthly in-person onboarding in San Francisco and a trusted partner to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver role-specific enablement programs for SE, SA, and CS teams.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and sales to keep content current and aligned.
  • Coach managers with frameworks, playbooks, and skill assessment tools.
  • Own post-onboarding tracks for solution discovery, demos, and value articulation.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement or customer-facing roles in tech.
  • Expertise in Solution Engineering or Customer Success methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design scalable enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating in-person training sessions and working remotely.

  • Familiarity with Webflow or no-code/low-code platforms.
