Description

You will lead architectural design and execution for industrial battery recycling facilities, producing construction documents and obtaining building permits. You'll drive quality and coordination across disciplines while improving design workflows and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Licensed architect in Nevada preferred; must be able to obtain Nevada license

Responsibilities

• Execute projects with a first principles mindset
• Ensure project quality and adherence to standards and specifications
• Design and produce construction documents and obtain building permits
• Coordinate discipline and life safety code planning
• Participate in project scheduling and cost estimating
