You'll partner with a Regional Therapist Account Manager to support therapist engagement and productivity across an assigned region. Your core impact involves monitoring therapist activity, identifying utilization gaps, and improving fill rate and capacity. This role offers a chance to work with data and contribute to scalable process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support regional performance initiatives by identifying therapist utilization and fill rate opportunities.
• Analyze therapist activity trends to diagnose and escalate underutilization or disengagement.
• Monitor early disengagement indicators and coordinate targeted outreach for therapist retention.
• Communicate with therapists via phone, email, and in-app messaging to support participation.

📋 Requirements

• Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant with 2+ years experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with multiple workflow management.
• Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
