You'll manage corporate events and conferences for a global brand experience agency. Your work drives seamless event execution from planning to post-event reconciliation.
π― What You'll Do
- Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple events
- Financial management including budgets and reconciliation
- Sourcing and negotiating contracts with venues and suppliers
- Coordinate registration, transportation, accommodations, and AV
π Requirements
- 5β7+ years event management experience
- Experience in corporate or financial event environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and onsite management
β¨ Nice to Have
- Virtual event experience (Webex, Zoom)
- Leadership and negotiation skills
