🎯 What You'll Do

  • Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple events
  • Financial management including budgets and reconciliation
  • Sourcing and negotiating contracts with venues and suppliers
  • Coordinate registration, transportation, accommodations, and AV

  • 5–7+ years event management experience
  • Experience in corporate or financial event environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections and onsite management
