Requirements

• Active unrestricted NP license in at least one US state
• Prescriptive authority as NP
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• 3+ years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to women in midlife transitions
• Deliver personalized care via telehealth appointments
• Participate in weekly clinical education
• Collaborate with care team and clinical leaders
• Utilize technology for seamless patient care
