🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a pipeline of real estate transactions
• Negotiate and execute multi-unit portfolio and individual transactions
• Collaborate cross-functionally on site selection, design, and construction planning
• Prepare deal books and present recommendations to Investment Committee

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of related professional experience
• At least 5 years in commercial real estate
• Negotiation and site selection experience strongly preferred
• Financial modeling and underwriting skills
